As of 1 October 2026, a new e-mail address and phone number for GSA Platform user support will apply:

Why are we making this change? 

Due to the growing number of GSA Platform users and in order to improve the handling of e-mail requests, we are introducing a new process for managing correspondence sent to the GSA Platform Team. 

From that date, all requests submitted by e-mail will be handled through a ticketing system. After sending an e-mail, you will receive an automatic confirmation containing a ticket number, which will facilitate case identification and further communication. 

This solution will help us manage requests more efficiently, improve communication transparency, and enable ongoing monitoring of the status of submitted cases.
