We would like to inform you that, in line with the continuous development of the GSA Platform Rules have been updated.

The current update includes clarifications and additional provisions concerning:

• the process of registering the first Platform User within a Market Participant (see §5),
• capacity booking under the FCFS procedure on the primary market (see §13),
• rules regarding the secondary market (see §14), surrender of capacity (see §16), and financial credibility (see §19).

The updated GSA Platform Rules will enter into force on June 22, 2026.
